PGH Consulting Announces David Lennhoff as President

The appraisal firm of PGH Consulting is proud to introduce its President, David Lennhoff, MAI, SREA, CRE, formerly the President of the Appraisal Group at Delta Associates.

Mr. Lennhoff has been at the forefront of the real estate appraisal industry since the 1970's and has testified before two subcommittees in the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Lennhoff was Editor-in-Chief of The Appraisal Journal and has written or contributed to numerous textbooks in the field of property appraisal.

Mr. Lennhoff is a faculty member of the Appraisal Institute and regularly travels worldwide to teach the advanced curriculum. He is the 1997 recipient of the Institute's William N. Kinnard, Jr., Ph.D., award for contributions to appraisal education. Mr. Lennhoff is a member of Lambda Alpha International and has served in many leadership roles for the Appraisal Institute, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
